Elim Christian College is a state-integrated special character area school catering for approximately 430 students from New Entrants to Year 13 in Auckland, New Zealand. Board of Trustees Student Representative Elections 2026

We are holding an election for the Board of Trustees Student Representative.

Student nominations are invited for the election of one student representative to the Board of Trustees.

This is a position for a responsible and mature student. The representative must be able to attend monthly meetings in the evening. A nomination form and a copy of this notice are being emailed to all eligible voters (Year 9 – 13 students) on the student roll on Wednesday 12th August 2026. Nomination forms will also be made available at the school office.

Please ensure the Election Nomination Form is completed correctly and in full. All forms completed incorrectly will be considered invalid.

Nominations are to be posted in the Nomination box which is in reception.

Nominations close at noon on Tuesday 18th August and can be accompanied by a candidate statement.

Voting Roll
The voting roll is held at Elim Mt Albert school office and can be viewed during school hours.

List of Candidates
There will also be a list of candidates’ names for inspection, as they come to hand, at Elim Mt Albert School office up until election day.
